and best one from all of my recipe. This time i am so happy to share with all

Ingredients:-
Rice- 3 cup(1cup=250ml)
Chicken- 1kg
Tomato sauce/ketchup - 4tbsp
Soya sauce - 1tbsp
Sunflower oil- 10 tbsp.
Capsicum- 1/2 portion of 1 medium sized capsicum
Ginger& garlic
paste- 2 tbsp.
Chilly- 3 piece
Whole black pepper- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Maggi cube -1 piece
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- below 1/4 tsp
Salt- as per need
Cinnamon- 3 piece (
medium size)

For cooking rice:-
Garam masala- 1 tsp.
Cinnamon - 2 piece
Salt- as per need
How
to prepare:-
First, let’s take a
non-stick pan to marinate the chicken. I suggest to use a big pan, so that we
can add rice on the same pan.. Now we can start.
First of all you must
line the chicken and mix it with all ingredients as per the above and rest it
minimum 1 hr. The chicken piece must be arrange separately, should not be
the piece one on top.
While this time we can
start cooking the rice. For that we can use mandi rice. please don't use any
other rice for preparing Mandi. Better to soak rice in water for 15 minutes,
this will help you to speedup your cooking time.
Take another pan and
boil the water for cooking. Add rice with garam masala, cinnamon peace and
salt.
The rice should not be
over cooked and broken, after drain rice and rest to cool.
Set
the rice with chicken:-
Take the marinated
non-cooked chicken pan, then add the boiled rice neatly, next step we need to
keep a small aluminum bowl inside the pan with smoky charcoal. This smoky coal
will give an authentic taste for Mandi.
Now, let us start to
cook the chicken. This will take about Half-hour to cook. First 10 minutes with
high flame to get golden and brown shaded chicken, . Then leave it to cook for
20 minutes in low flame.
Finally we can mix the
rice with chicken carefully, then please serve delicious authentic “Mandi” with
your beloved ones!!
